SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Leopard Living, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible while ensuring every piece arrives with the quality and care you deserve.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, or custom production schedules.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times are:
• United States: 3–10 business days
• International: Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing times.
While we work with trusted fulfillment partners and carriers, Leopard Living is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors outside of our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Leopard Living is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Leopard Living is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
• Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@leopardliving.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please submit a return request and place a new order.
